Vantage Midsouth 10DLC Privacy and User Agreement

1. Introduction

This Privacy and User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of SMS/MMS messaging services ("Messaging Services") provided by Vantage Midsouth. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages, including but not limited to:

  • Account updates and alerts
  • Customer service communications
  • Marketing and promotional offers (if applicable)

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-In and Opt-Out

  • Opt-In: You may subscribe to our Messaging Services by completing the provided opt-in forms, checking consent boxes, or responding to invitations with your mobile number.
  • Opt-Out: You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

4. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes outlined in this Agreement. Specifically:

  • We may share your information with trusted service providers solely to enable the Messaging Services.
  • Data collected may include your mobile number, message content, carrier information, and usage statistics for compliance and operational purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to provide a mobile number.
  • You agree not to use the Messaging Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your mobile number.

6. Compliance

Vantage Midsouth complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • CTIA guidelines
  • Carrier A2P 10DLC requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any delays, delivery failures, or undelivered messages caused by carriers or other third parties. Messaging Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Messaging Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
